SHAGGY

 

8 year old male poodle, neutered and vaccinated

 

Shaggy was abandoned by the roadside and he looked like a dirty mop! Hair overgrown, tangled, matted and grey. That's why we named him Shaggy. We think he was abused in a cage as he is very defensive in a cage or a kennel.

 

Our volunteer groomer gave him a shave and a bath and we have been working to socialise him. He's a very lively and active poodle with a great personality.

 

Because he was abused he needs a calm and patient handler. He would not be suitable for homes with children, who might scare him. It's also recommended for you to come to our dog training classes to help him further.
